申命記 20:19 「你若許久圍困攻打所要取的一座城，就不可舉斧子砍壞樹木，因為你可以吃那樹上的果子，不可砍伐；田間的樹木豈是人，叫你糟蹋嗎？ (CUV 和合本)
申命記 20:19 When thou shalt besiege a city a long time, in making war against it to take it, thou shalt not destroy the trees thereof by forcing an axe against them, for thou mayest eat of them, and thou shalt not cut them down (for the tree of the field is man's life) to employ them in the siege, (KJV 欽定本)
